Stackers

Stackers are machines for receiving single sheets from a converting machine and creating a stack or bundle

The stackers can have a box cleaning section if they are put in line with rotary or slotter die cutters or normal stackers if put in line with a printer

Our stackers can cover sizes ranging from 1.6m to 5.5m

Our stackers can be with vacuum sheet transport or traditional sheet transport with friction between sheet and belt

Vacuum stacker

Cleaning section on wheels with the possibility of moving for cleaning
Motorized movement to bring the whole cleaning unit closer to the die-cutting unit.
Motorized upper beater roller with speed control.
Motorized transverse movement of the transport belts.
Air blade for trimming removal.
Longitudinal system for collection and unloading of trimmings.
Perforated sheet transport belts for transporting the vacuumed sheets
Speed of the belts like that of the rotary die cutter
Vacuum transport from above through perforated flat belts with independent suction adjustment on the two belts by means of an inverter.
Main controls: nr. bundle sheets, automatic positioning of the front and rear jogging team and relative long slat system based on sheet format, automatic calculation of the sheet unloading dynamics based on the processed format in order to reduce mechanical stresses.
Transmission of the perforated and aspirated belts of the cockpit by means of a brushless motor.
Vertical movement of the sheet detachment slats by means of a brushless motor.
Motorized adjustment of the position of the side brackets with quick locking.
Automatic system of non-stop bundle ejection without interruption introduction up to 10,500 strokes / h.
